Meet the Referential Team: Denise Taylor

DENISE AND HER HUSBAND, GREG

Denise Taylor, pictured below, came to Referential with a unique background in business and marketing and has worked at both small and large software firms, including running her own business. Prior to Referential, she was a Marketing Operations Manager at RO Innovation (now part of Upland Software) and was part of the team that launched an installed-base awards program for customer advocacy programs. A constant champion for the promotion of the Voice of the Customer through various channels, she was a key player in developing RO Innovation’s own advocacy program.

Denise has a wealth of experience around advocacy programs and she has a desire to educate and promote the importance of them. She was excited to join the Referential team because of the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the most experienced advocacy leaders. In a recent all-hands meeting, Denise was constantly found passionately debating the optimal way to help deeply engage advocates.

Denise is a Colorado native that lives with her husband, Greg – with whom she’s raised three grown daughters – south of Denver. She enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s over 300 days of sunshine each year with hiking, camping, golfing, and biking. When she’s not being energetic herself, she can be found watching and attending sporting events.
