Meet the Referential Team: Jyothi Krishnegowda

Introducing Jyothi Krishnegowda, today one of Referential’s Advocacy Consultants. Jyothi joined the Referential team in 2015 as a part-time data management consultant and moved to full-time in 2019. Jyothi has nine years of experience working with customer advocacy programs and previously worked for high-tech companies such as Infor Global Solutions.

Jyothi’s breadth of experience in customer advocacy makes her an ideal asset to every account team she joins. Her attention to detail and process-oriented approach makes her an expert at navigating new reference management systems and databases. She loves to ‘put the customer first’ and is always looking for ways to create unique, individualized experiences for advocates; Whether that’s by finding ways to customize a program invitation to a customer, researching individual program members to create detailed advocate profiles, or ensuring advocates’ participation preferences are accurately documented and honored.

Jyothi is based in Bangalore, India, where she lives with her husband and two boys. When she’s not working, you might find her helping her sons with homework or watching cartoons together with the whole family. She loves to garden and read Indian mythology, and she also recently welcomed a new member to her family: a six-month-old puppy!

Jyothi enjoys being a part of the Referential team and appreciates how much opportunity there is to learn from her peers at the company. She has already earned her Certified Customer Advocacy Professional II (CCAP II) credentials and is excited to continue growing in the profession and supporting her Referential clients.
